has been selected for the Board of Directors of Seymour Industrial Corporation.

Seymour Industrial has been instrumental in the development
of industrial parks and commercial growth in the City of Seymour for over 30 years. SIC has partnered with
the City of Seymour and Jackson County Industrial Development Corporation in the acquisition of real estate for commercial
and industrial purposes, particularly at the Eastside Industrial Park. SIC is now working with Seymour
Municipal Airport Authority to make real estate at the Freeman Field Industrial Park shovel-ready for industrial prospects.

Lorenzo is a former SIC board member, who
previously served for nine years. He has been reappointed to complete the term of his close friend David
W. Paugh, a partner with Montgomery Elsner & Pardieck, who unexpectedly passed away in January 2009.
