Jeff Lorenzo has practiced law for 28 years. He concentrates his practice on real estate, and business organzations and business transactions.

He practices law and manages Seymour Abstract in the southern Indiana community where he has lived most of his life. In 2009, Jeff established Seymour Abstract & Title.

A graduate of Indiana University School of Law, he was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1982.

Susan Bevers
Attorney at Law

A Seymour native, graduate of Seymour High School, Purdue University, and Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, Susan practices law in her hometown. She was admitted to practice in 2002.

She began her law practice as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office, simultaneously developing her civil practice as time allowed. As her private practice grew, she affiliated with Jeff Lorenzo in 2006.

Susan now concentrates her work on municipal law, real estate, estate planning, and business law. In addition, Susan has served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Seymour and is currently the attorney for Jackson County as well as the Seymour Municipal Airport Authority.

Among her professional affiliations she is a current or past member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and numerous local community organizations.

Susan and her husband, Bart, have one child and reside in rural Jackson County.
